• Calendars, affirmation cards, devotionals, or any other store items
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or item exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only make exceptions if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If this happens, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@thekingdomreports.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
If verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
No refunds will be issued, even in these cases only replacements.
Digital Product Policy
All digital purchases including downloads and printables are non-refundable and non-exchangeable without exception, as customers receive immediate access upon payment.
